Genuine Compass Lake Engineering peel washer.

The peel washer is constructed of many thin sheets of metal that have been bonded together. They can be separated by prying them carefully apart with a razor blade. Remove one of the layers and reassemble the barrel, peel washer and muzzle device. If further adjustment is required remove another layer and check again. Continue this process until the desired timing is achieved.
