Designed specifically to fit the inner “plus sign” feature in the HK416 locking bolt, this kit allows you to remove your handguard and grip using the same tool.

Design – Maritime Bit that works with three different bolts: Legacy HK416 handguard bolts, Geissele SMR HK handguard bolts and Haus Plus grip screws.

Drive compatibility – 1/4″ bit driver.

Material – The bit and screw are made from heat treated 17-4 stainless steel and the washer is made from 18-8 so all three parts are highly resistant to rust and corrosion and well suited to maritme applications.

• 17-4 stainless steel is magnetic so these bit work great with magnetic 1/4″ bit drivers

Bit compatibility – Genuine Heckler & Koch handguards for HK416, all Geissele SMR HK handguards and Haus Plus grip screws.

Screw compatibility – Any rifle that accepts standard 1/4″ – 28 grip screws.
