We use PRO-FLEX official game pucks made in Canada and set the price low because if you work on firearms you need at least two of these on your bench.
In a pinch you can throw 2 of these pucks down on your kitchen counter and work on a your rifle without damaging the counter.
There are many uses for these armorer’s pucks but they’re most commonly used to provide a solid backing surface for installing and removing roll pins, hence the hole in the center of the puck.
Common uses include: Gas block pins, forward assist pins, trigger guard pins, bolt catch pins, bayonet lug pins, front sight mount pins etc.
